As a service of  Zearing  Health Care Center, our therapy program offers unique rehabilitation services. Zearing Health Care Center offers three major rehabilitation services which include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.  These three distinctive services work together to establish goals to assist the patient in achieving the best possible results.

• Starting with a team of experienced professionals who are advocates committed to caring for our Residents.
• Identify short and long-term goals and create a care plan that maps out how to reach those goals.
• Provide treatments per a physician’s order to foster growth and achievement.
• When appropriate, transition to a restorative nursing program to test durability of newly acquired skills and to continue to improve endurance.
• Involve family and at-home caregivers to keep them informed and to prepare them the support the Resident upon discharge, when possible.

Medicare Programs

A very unique service offered Zearing Health Care Center is our Rehab-to-Home program.  Our core belief is that Residents should always maintain the highest possible level of functioning.  We do not want a Resident staying in long-term care if they can thrive in a more independent setting such as home or assisted living.  In our Rehab-to-Home program, we accept traditional Medicare, Medicare Replacement Plans and most insurance plans.
